摘要
研究联合体以其对区域研发资源的有效整合成为产业集聚的核心驱动力量,从而推进区域创新体系形成与发展。通过理论分析,得出RJVs和RIS互动演化的稳定性主要取决于区域创新政策对RIS发展所产生的创新引力,以及区域系统内RJVs运行对现有研发资源整合效应是否协调一致。实证研究以江苏省为例,运用一元回归、主成分分析、单位根检验、协整检验与Granger因果关系检验等方法得出如下结论:RJVs高新技术产业发展主要依赖于以市场需求为导向的研发资金投入和高端科技人才储备;区域创新体系在滞后1期对RJVs高新技术产业产值存在显著正向作用,并且RJVs产业产出在滞后1期影响区域创新体系各要素的投入和运行。
Research Joint Ventures become the core driving power of Industry cluster, with its effective integration of indus- trial R^D resources, so as to promote the formation and development of the Regional Innovation System. By theoretical a- nalysis, it concludes that the interactive evolution stability between RJVs and RIS in China mainly depends on if it is coor- dinated between the innovation attraction caused by RIS policy and the RJVs' R&D resources integration effect in the exist- ing innovation environment. With Jiangsu province of China as an example and using the methods of simple regression, Principal Components, unit root test, co-integration test and granger causality test, the empirical research shows that RIS has a significant positive effect on the output value of RJVs high-tech in lag period 1 and also RJVs influences RIS inputs and operation in lag period 1.
