科技型小微企业横向创新联盟组建策略研究

Research on Establish Strategy of Technology-based Small and Micro Businesses's in Transverse Innovation Alliance

作为高新技术产业最具活力的一部分,科技型小微企业的创新活动越来越受到各界关注。从分析科技型小微企业的背景出发,提出科技型小微企业组建横向创新联盟可以有效促进企业创新活动的开展。同时从联盟组建目标、组建模式、联盟成员选择、联盟治理模式、风险防范等方面提出组建横向创新联盟的具体策略,这些策略在我国科技型小微企业组建横向创新联盟中具有重要现实意义。

In recent years, The rapid development of high-teeh industries in China. Technology-based small and micro busi- nesses have become an important force for development of high-tech industries. Development issues of companies are con- cerned. In this paper, the background for technology-based small and micro enterprises establishment lateral innovation al- liance is researched at first. And then, the strategy of about alliance set up mode and objective, alliance member selection , alliance governance model , alliance risk prevention are proposed in alliance formation process. These strategies have im- portant theoretical and practical significance at Technology-based small and micro businesses lateral innovation alliance es- tablishment.
