康复护理对经皮冠状动脉介入术患者的影响

摘要 2010年10月～2012年2月在我院心内科行经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗的患者120例，男74例，女46例；年龄30～66岁，平均（48．0±10．4）岁；病程l～6个月。120例随机分成观察组和对照组各60例。2组一般资料比较差异无统计学意义。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予围术期系统的健康教育及心理护理。术前：以各种灵活机动的方式对患者进行针对性的健康教育，术前1天训练患者进行有效的咳嗽、
