摘要
为了给贵州抗旱性桑树品种的选育提供资源材料,以贵州较干旱地区收集的35份地方桑树品种资源为材料,通过桑树盆栽水分胁迫试验,采用萎蔫系数鉴定法筛选贵州地方抗旱桑树资源。结果表明,9份贵州地方桑树材料的抗旱性较好,与湖桑32(CK)相比,抗旱性差异达显著水平,可作为贵州抗旱性桑树育种资源材料进行利用。
In order to provide materials for drought-resistant mulberry breeding in Guizhou,taking 35 local mulberry varieties collected in Guizhou arid region as the materials,a water stress pot experiment was conducted to screen drought-resistant mulberry materials by wilting coefficient identification method.The results showed that the drought resistance of nine local mulberry materials in Guizhou was significantly better than Husang 32(CK).It could be used as the breeding material of mulberry in Guizhou.
