摘要
为了给玉簪(Hosta Vulcan)新品种的工厂化育苗和大规模生产提供参考,以玉簪新品种无菌苗为材料,研究不同浓度的6-BA、NAA、ZT和IBA对其试管苗不定芽增殖和生根的影响。结果表明:玉簪增殖的适宜培养基为MS+3.0mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L NAA+0.4mg/L ZT,培养35d的增殖倍数为3.0;玉簪生根的适宜培养基为1/2MS+0.5mg/L IBA,培养25d的生根率为88.89%。
In order to provide references for industrialized seedling production and mass production of a new Hosta cultivar,the effects on the adventitious bud proliferation and rooting of different concentrations of 6-BA,NAA,ZT and IBA were studied by using Hosta.The results showed that the best medium of tissue-culture seedlings for proliferation of Hosta was MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA+0.4 mg/L ZT,and the proliferation multiples was 3.0 after 35 days.The most suitable rooting medium was 1/2 MS+0.5 mg/L IBA and the highest rooting percentage was 88.89% after 25 days.
