黑膜覆盖栽培对苦玄参产量及经济效益的影响

Effects of Black Film Covering Cultivation on the Yield and Economic Benefit of Picria fel-terrae

为了给苦玄参的高产优质栽培提供参考,采用田间试验,研究黑膜覆盖栽培对苦玄参产量、病、虫、草害和苦玄参苷IA及经济效益的影响。结果表明:黑膜覆盖与露地栽培(CK)相比,移栽成活时间缩短4d,成活率、茎径、叶长、叶宽、叶长/叶宽比和株高分别提高13.25%、26.09%、16.24%、7.54%、7.63%和44.89%;杂草和病虫害分别降低92.53%和68.53%;产量、苦玄参苷IA、产值及净利润分别提高77.54%、25.00%、77.54%和183.27%。黑膜覆盖栽培是苦玄参高产高效栽培的较佳模式。

To provide a reference for the high yield and high quality of P.fel-terrae,A field experiment was carried out to study the effects of black film covering cultivation on the yield,disease and insect damage rate,weed damage rate,Piefeltarraenin IA and economic benefit of P.fel-terrae.The results showed that compared with open cultivation,the transplanting survival time was significantly shortened by 4 d,the survival rate,stalk diameter,leaf length,leaf width,leaf length/ leaf width and plant height were significantly increased by 13.25%,26.09%,16.24%,7.54%,7.63% and 44.89%,respectively;The weed damage rate and disease and insect damage rate were significantly decreased by 92.53% and 68.53%,respectively;the yield,Piefeltarraenin IA,output value and net profit were significantly increased by 77.54%,25.00%,77.54% and 183.27%.Thus it could be seen that black film covering cultivation was a high-yielding and high-efficient cultivation pattern of P.fel-terrae.
