农残速测卡和速测仪在烟叶农药残留检测中的应用

Application of Rapid Detection Card and Instrument in Detecting Pesticide Residue in Tobacco

为快速、方便监控烟草上农药的使用情况,检验农残速测法在烟草上的可用性,应用农残速测卡和农残速测仪对烟草上有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药进行检测并与色谱检测的结果进行比较。结果表明:农残速测卡及农残速测仪均能定性检测到农残限值水平的乐果、辛硫磷、灭多威等3种农药的残留,与色谱的检测结果相一致。说明,农残速测卡及速测仪可用于烟草中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药的快速检测。

In order to monitor the use of pesticides on the tobacco rapidly and conveniently,discuss the feasibility of applying rapid detection method on tobacco,a rapid test card and a rapid test instrument were used for detecting organophosphorus and carbamates pesticides and the result was compared with that of chromatographic detection.The result showed that the two methods could all detect a small amount of pesticide residues of dimethoate,phoxim and the methomyl,consistenting with the results of chromatography tests.The result revealed the two rapid tests can be applied in detecting organophosphorus and carbamates pesticides in tobacco.
