摘要
为探讨亮叶含笑挥发油的最佳提取条件,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取亮叶含笑一年生叶片的挥发精油,通过正交试验设计,得出最佳提取条件:浸泡6h,蒸馏5h,叶碎片与蒸馏水的比为1∶8。在该条件下提取不同胸径亮叶含笑叶片挥发油,胸径最小的植株的提取率最高,达2.381%;胸径最大的提取率为1.048%。
Through orthogonal experiment design,volatile oil in annual M.fulgens leaves was extracted by water vapor distillation to explore the optimum extraction conditions.The optimum extraction conditions included soaking for 6 h,distilling for 5 h,leaf fragments and distilled water ratio 1∶8.Extracting volatile oil from M.fulgens leaves with different diameter at breast height（DBH） under these conditions,the smallest DBH achieved the highest extraction rate,2.381%,while the largest DBH got the extraction rate of 1.048%.
