饲料中硒酵母添加水平对卵形鲳鲹生长、食物利用及鱼体组成的影响 被引量:3

摘要 在网箱中进行6周饲养试验以检验饲料中硒酵母添加水平对卵形鲳碜(Trachino-tusovatus)生长、食物利用及鱼体组成的影响。设计HF(鱼粉含量为45%)和LF(鱼粉含量为35%)两种配合饲料,在LF饲料配方中分别按0(对照)、0.5%、1.O%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%的比例添加硒酵母,以鲜杂鱼作为对比饲料。试验鱼初始体重为(10.19±0.63)g,试验期间每日按饱食量投喂2次。结果显示,饲料中硒酵母添加水平对卵形鲳碜摄食率(FI)、饲料系数(FCR)、氮储积率(NRE)、肥满度和肝重指数、鱼体组成、氮和磷废物排放量(TNW和TPW)无显著影响(P〉0.05)。除添加1.5%硒酵母处理中鱼体的增重(wG)低于对照组外(P〈0.05),其余处理组与对照组之间无显著差异(P〉0.05);添加2.0%硒酵母处理组中鱼体的磷储积率(PRE)显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),其余处理组与对照组之间无显著差异(P〉0.05)。相比之下,摄食饲料HF、LF和鲜杂鱼对WG无显著影响(P〉0.05),但摄食鲜杂鱼组FI、FCR、TNW和TPW均高于摄食饲料HF和LF的鱼(P〈0.05),而NRE和PRE低于后两者(P〈0.05)。研究表明,投喂含35%鱼粉的配合饲料时卵形鲳碜生长速度和食物利用效率明显高于投喂鲜杂鱼时,而氮和磷废物排放量显著低于后者;当饲料鱼粉含量超过35%时,在配方中添加0.5%~2.5%的硒酵母不会显著增加卵形鲳碜生长速度和食物利用效率。
