添加酵母硒对鱤幼鱼生长和体成分的影响 被引量:4

摘要 试验采用一种对照饵料和添加不同水平酵母硒(添加量分别为0.3、0.6、0.9、1.2mg/kg)的5种饵料,饲喂初始体重为(5.82±0.06)g的鳃幼鱼,观察饲料中添加不同水平的酵母硒对然幼鱼生长和体成分的影响。饲养10周后发现,添加酵母硒能显著促进鲢幼鱼的生长,降低饵料系数。但是,添加酵母硒对越幼鱼的体成分影响却不显著。综合分析表明:饲料中添加酵母硒能显著促进鲢幼鱼的生长,且最适添加量为0.36-0.38mg/kg。 A factorial experiment with three replicates was conducted. 5 feed with different sele- nium levels (which were 0, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2 mg/kg) were used to feed the juvenile Elopichthys bambusa with initial weight of (5.82±0.06) g. This experiment was conducted to observe the ef- fect of the different selenium levels on growth and body composition of the juvenile Elopichthys bambusa. 10 weeks later, we found that the selenium could promote the growth and reduce feed conversion ratio. However, the body composition has no significant difference between the control group and experiment group. Thus we concluded that the yeast-Se could promote the growth of the juvenile Elopichthys bambusa and the optimum additive amount was 0.36-0.38 mg/kg.
