民办高校学习型辅导员队伍建设的实践与探索——以华南师范大学增城学院为例

摘要 基于对广东省民办高校辅导员队伍的研究,在界定学习型辅导员队伍有关内涵的基础上,分析和论述了民办高校学习型辅导员队伍建设的必要性,并结合民办高校现有的实践经验进一步探索了民办高校学习型辅导员队伍建设的途径。 Based on the research of the staff of private college counselors in Guangdong province and on the definition of learning instructors about connotation, the paper analyzes and discusses the necessity of learning type of private college counselor team construction. It further explores the way of private college learning instructor team construction combining with the practical experience in the existing private colleges.
