《劳卫制》与“阳光体育”的比较与思考

Thinking about Sunshine Physical Education and The Regulations of Labor and Health

运用文献资料法、逻辑推理法以及比较研究法等研究方法,对《劳卫制》与"阳光体育"从内部要素和外部环境两方面进行比较分析:内部要素具有一定相似性,其中,两者的出发点相似,但体质健康问题不是仅仅靠体育运动能够完全解决,必须引起家庭和社会的多元重视;在两者的实施内容上具有高度集中与分散统一的特点;评价方式相似,但在评价过程中必然遵循体育运动内部发展的规律,切忌"浮夸"、"跃进"。外部环境具有显著性差异,其中,认清与改善文化环境是实施"阳光体育"之关键所在。其主要研究目的在于借鉴《劳卫制》的经验与教训,为"阳光体育"的科学实施提供参考。

With the research methods as literature consultation,logical inference, comparative study and so on, this paper elaborated on the different of sunshine physical education and the regulation of labor and health, the same as start point, evaluation mode, etc. the different of political setting, economic onditions, cultural context, it gives some useful academic reference for sunshine physical education
