煤机装备多生命周期绿色再制造性评估研究 被引量:2

摘要 绿色制造与再制造是实现经济可持续发展的重要一环,受到整个社会的高度关注。煤机装备的绿色再制造要求煤机产品重要零部件的绿色设计和制造过程中综合考虑产品的多生命周期和可再制造性,从而实现产品多生命周期对环境负面影响最小,资源利用率最高。在综合查阅大量文献和已有研究的基础之上,系统总结了基于产品全生命周期的绿色再制造性的概念、方法和工具,以及目前再制造性评估领域的主要研究现状和研究方向,并指出今后的方向和趋势。 Green manufacture and reorganization is important element of realizing economy sustainable development and is paid close attention by whole society. Green reorganization of coal equipments ask for comprehensively considering multi-lifecycle and remanufac- turability in green design and manufacture procedure of main parts, so as to make negative influence of muhi-lifecycle on environment smallest and resources utilization ratio largest. On the basis of amounts of documents and researches, the concept, method and tools of green reorganization based on product whole lifecycle were concluded; main research status and development tendency of current reor- ganization evaluation domain was indicated.
