摘要
基于黏液封孔器在现场的实际应用,分析了黏液封孔器在应用中存在的问题,通过实验室模拟以及现场实际应用,最终得出黏液封孔器能够测定的最大煤层瓦斯压力为3.5MPa,同时,在黏液封孔器的瓦斯压力测定装置中应用了安全阀,能够有效地将测量室内的瓦斯压力维持在3.5MPa以下,防止了胶囊的顶出。
On the basis of introducing application effect of capsule grume hole packer, this paper analyzed its problems. By simulation in laboratory and practice, it was obtained that maximum 3.5MPa methane pressure in coal-seam could be measured by capsule grume hole packer. Safety valve was used in methane measure device of capsule grume hole packer. It could effectively control methane pres- sure in measuring chamber under 3.5MPa and prevent capsule being ejected.
