摘要
研制了一台用于重核素测量的能量-飞行时间探测系统。探测系统由飞行时间探测器和金硅面垒型能量探测器组成,金硅面垒型探测器兼做飞行时间探测器的停止探测器。用该探测系统在中国原子能科学研究院串列加速器质谱装置上对182Hf9+离子的能量-飞行时间双维谱进行了测量。该探测系统对77.4 MeV182Hf9+离子的能量分辨率为3.8%,飞行时间分辨为0.8 ns。
Abstract: A detector system of energy - time of flight for heavy nuclide is presented. The detector system is con- strutted with a time of flight (TOF) detector , and a gold- silicon surface barrier detector (SBD) used as an energy detector (meanwhile as stop detector of the TOF detector), 182Hf9+ ions shooting out from a 13 MV tan- dem accelerator mass spectrometry at China Institute of Atomic Energy were detected by the detector system. The energy and TOF two - dimension spectra of 182Hf have been obtained. The energy resolution of SBD is about 3.8% for 77.4 Me182Hf0+ and the time resolution of the TOF detector is about 0.8 ns.
