摘要
针对芜湖市区划调整及市域空间开发中存在土地浪费、生态破坏、利用无序、盲目拓展等问题,借助GIS空间分析技术,收集社会经济和自然属性数据,选择自然本底、生态敏感、城镇建设用地、交通可达性等指标,基于1km*1km的评价单元,从空间开发约束性和支撑性两方面综合评价,采用二维矩阵判别法得出芜湖市域空间开发适宜性分区.基于适宜性分区及空间准入理念,实现产业发展布局与适宜性空间的耦合,构建芜湖市"一核三带"产业空间开发格局,为产业布局提供科学引导.
According to the problems, such as land waste, ecological destruction, disorder using and blind development in Wuhu regional ization adjustment and space development, by the GIS spatial analysis technology, it collects social economy and natural attribute data, chooses the natural background, ecological Sensitivity, urban construction land, traffic accessibility as indexes and evaluates on the limit and support of space development based on the 1kin ~ lkm evaluation unit, with the help of two-axis matrix estimated method to get the space development suitability of Wuhu city. Based on suitability division and space access idea, it realizes the coupling of industry development layout and suitability,and constructs Wuhu industry spatial development which is a general pattern "One Central Nuclear and Three belts", which may be used to provide scientific guide in industry spatial distribution.
