农民参与城镇化发展的意愿分析——基于哈尔滨市5县(市)的调研

Analysis of Farmers' Willingness to Participate in the Urbanization Development——Based on 5 counties investigation in the city of Harbin

城镇化发展是哈尔滨市当前及今后一段时间所面临的一项重点任务.本文通过对哈尔滨市的尚志、阿城、双城、宾县、通河等县(区、市)进行的实地调研,从农户视角入手,从深层次上来剖析影响农民转移意愿的主要因素,发现65.1%的农户有参与城镇化建设意愿;影响其城镇化转移的因素主要包括劳动就业、社会保障、子女教育、生活习惯等.最后,根据实证分析结果,提出了农民参与城镇化的对策建议.

The urbanization development is the important task at present and in the near future. This article estimates the farmers＇ willingness of urbanization of local residents in Harbin with the comprehensive index method. The results show that： the development of the urbanization level of Harbin is fast and slightly higher than the national average level. Based on the farmers＇ surveys of the five counties in the city of Harbin, it finds that 65.1% of the farmers are willing to participate in the urbanization construction. The factors that influence the transfer of the urbanization include labor obtain employment, social security, children education, as well as living habits. Finally, according to the empirical analysis results, it makes some recommendations of farmers＇ participation in the urbanization development.
