摘要 对低电压响应条件下电阻测量进行了综述。分析了低电阻精密测量主要误差来源。介绍了传统电阻测量方法、两步Delta测量方法、三步Delta测量方法的原理,并对两种Delta测量方法进行了比较。研究认为三步Delta测量方法几乎可完全消除热电势的影响,可显著提高电阻测量的准确度。 The resistance measurement under low voltage response was summarized in this paper. The principles of the traditional measurement, two-step Delta measurement and three-step Delta measurement were introduced, and the two Delta measurements were compared. It was believed that the effect of EMF could be eliminated by three-step Delta measurement greatly, which would improve the accuracy of the resistance measurement.
