一种双谐振固态特斯拉变压器设计

摘要 文章简要介绍了双谐振固态特斯拉线圈DRSSTC(DualResonantSolidStateTeslaCoil)的基本原理及其组成,结合IGBT软开关技术和半桥电路,设计了一种简易特斯拉变压器,阐述了其设计原则及应注意的问题。结果表明,此变压器的电压为100kV,频率为115kHz,满足设计要求。 The principle and structure of the Dual Resonant Solid State Tesla Coil are briefly introduced. Based on IGBT soft switching technology and half-bridge circuit, a dual resonant solid state Tesla Transformer is de- signed, and its design approach and problems that should be paid attention to during development are also dis- cussed. The results show that the voltage of this transformer is 100 kV ,and its frequency is 115 kHz. That is to say that the structure design is feasible.
