西南桦苗木生长对微波辐射和IBA浸种的响应 被引量:6

摘要 采用裂区试验设计,分别以有无微波辐射和IBA浸种为主区和副区进行西南桦苗木培育试验。结果表明:西南桦苗木的地径和苗高生长对微波、IBA及其二者间的交互作用都具有积极的响应。苗龄120天时,苗木平均地径在有和无微波前提下,均以IBA浓度250 mg/L溶液浸种最大(分别为0.60、0.78 mm);150天时,微波辐射、无IBA溶液浸种平均地径最大,达1.19 mm;而2个苗期的苗木平均高均以微波辐射、不采用IBA浸种的最高,分别为12.39、16.10 cm;150天时,微波辐射的平均地径(0.70 mm)较无微波辐射的地径(0.41mm)大;120时,微波辐射的苗平均高(6.58 cm)的大于无微波(4.98 cm)的平均苗高;150天,微波辐射的平均苗高(8.16 cm)的大于无微波(5.78 cm)的平均苗高。 Spilt IBA treatment on experiment design was applied to the trial where the effects of microwave radiation and seedling growth of Betula alnoides were examined. The results showed that the basal di- ameter (BD) and height of the seedlings had an active response to microwave radiation, IBA and their interaction. At the age of 120 days, the mean BD of seedlings with microwave radiation or non-radiation treatments, was the maximum (0. 60 and 0. 78 mm, respectively) under 250 mg/L of IBA soaking seeds treatment; At the age of 150 days, the maximum mean BD (1.19 mm) occurred under microwave radia- tion and no IBA solutionsoaking seeds . The highest mean seedling height diation without IBA solution soaking seeds, of which 12. 39 and 16. 10 cm seedlings, respectively; Age 150 days, total mean BD ofseedlings radiated appeared under microwave ra- were for age 120 and 150 days by microwave (0. 70 cm) was larger than those without microwave radiation (0. 41 mm) . Age 120 days, total mean height of seedlings radiated by microwave (6. 58 cm) was higher than those without microwave radiation (4.98 em) . E- qually, the total mean height was higher under the condition of microwave radiation (8. 16 cm) than that without microwave radiation (5.78 cm) for 150 days' seedlings.
