摘要
针对ABT6、CPD和NAA 3种植物生长调节物质在金花茶(Camellia nitidissima)扦插繁殖中的作用进行试验,比较3种生根剂及其浓度对金花茶生根的影响、使用ABT6扦插时的适宜插穗年龄和基质种类。结果表明:ABT6、CPD和NAA 3种生根剂对金花茶的扦插成活都有明显的促进作用,ABT6的浓度以300 mg/L为宜,CPD和NAA的浓度以500 mg/L为宜;使用ABT6扦插时,插穗年龄为0.5~1.0 a、基质为90%黄心土+10%细沙的生根率最好,可达98.6%。
Three Plant growth regulators including ABT6, CPD and NAA were applied in cutting propa- gation of Camellia nitidissima, their effects on rooting of Camellia nitidissima, the suitable cuttings age and different substrates within ABT treatment wereexplored. The results showed that ABT6, CPD, NAA three rooting reagents significantly promoted the rooting of cuttings, 300 mg/L of ABT6 or 500 mg/L of CPD or NAAwere found to be appropriate for the rooting of Camellia nitidissima. The best method for ap- plying BT6 rooting reagent on cutting propagation was to use 0. 5 - 1.0a cuttings with 90% yellow soil + 10% river sand, and the rooting rate was up to 98.6%.
