龟石水库防洪任务调整的可行性论述

介绍了龟石水库的基本情况及其防洪运行的现状调度方案,分析了该水库防洪面临的新任务。提出了在既不加高大坝,也不影响兴利任务的前提下,仅通过修改防洪调度方案,通过堤库结合将贺州市城区防洪标准从20年一遇提高到50年一遇,达到规划的防洪目标。

An introduction was made on the general conditions and current flood control scheme protection task of Guishi Reservoir,based on which the authors analyzed its new flood protection task.It is put forward the flood pro tection capacity of Hezhou City will be upgraded from once in 20 years to once in 50 years by altering flood control scheme,neither increasing main dam height nor affecting beneficial promotion task.
