摘要 南津驿水电站由于水头提高,原水轮机已不适应新的工况。论述了在不改动埋入部件的前提下,对转动部分、导水机构、导叶接力器控制部分等进行改造;并应用数值试验软件平台对水轮机全流道进行了CFD分析,对座环进行了结构静力学分析。数值模拟及电站运行表明本次增容改造方案的正确性。 The original turbine of Nanjinyi Hydropower Station becomes unsuitable due to increased water head.With the embedded parts remaining unchanged,the rotating parts,distributor system and control system of gate vane servomotor were changed and modified.CFD analysis was conducted for the whole hydraulic passage of tur bine with numerical experiment software platform.Structural statics analysis was conducted for the stay ring.Numer ical simulation and site operation demonstrate the validity of capacity upgrade scheme.
