Simulation of Active Steering Control Strategy for SBW System

摘要 在CarSim中建立了线控转向整车动力学模型,基于稳态横摆角速度增益不变设计了可变转向角传动比;并利用Matlab/Simulink中建立线控转向系统动力模型和主动转向控制策略。在主动转向控制中,通过变传动比和横摆角速度与侧向加速度的综合反馈,控制补偿转向电机的转角。最后通过双移线试验和侧向风干扰试验仿真,并与传动机械转向和单一横摆角度反馈控制车辆进行对比分析,其结果表明,横摆角速度和侧向加速度综合反馈控制能够有效地改善汽车的转向特性,并提高操纵稳定性。 A vehicle dynamic model for SBW was built in CarSim,and the variable steering angle ratio was designed based on constant stead-state yaw rate gain. The SBW system dynamic model and the active steering control strategy were built in Matlab/Simulink. In the AFS controller, the steering drive motor angle was controlled by the variable gear ratio and the feedback of yaw rate and lateral acceleration. Finally, the double shift line test and the cross wind distance test were simulated and compared with traditional mechanical steering and SBW vehicle with single feedback of yaw rate, the results indicate that the controller with integrated feedback of yaw rate and lateral acceleration can improve the steering character and handling stability.
