摘要
早期房屋预售面积的计算方式多样不规范,导致测量面积差异大而引发矛盾。现以现行的商品房预售制度为例,结合测绘质量管理制度和ISO9001质量管理体系,详细论述商品房房产面积预测算的基本过程和成果资料的检查与验收,总结商品房房产面积预测算的意义,提出在商品房房产面积预测算中的工作方法和经验。
The diversity and irregularity of the early house pre-sale area calculation methods led to large differences in the measurement area, then caused conflicts. Now take the current commercial housing pre-sale system for example, combine with surveying and mapping quality management system and IS09001 quality management system, detailedly dis- cuss on the basic process of commercial housing property size prediction and on the inspection and acceptance of the out- come data, summarize the significance of commercial housing property size prediction, propose the working methods and experiences in commercial housing property size prediction, hope to provide a reference for the similar housing property measurement works.
