摘要
日本政府实施观光立国战略之后,根据日本国内政治经济社会的发展状况,同时结合世界经济形势,截至2011年底,曾经制定并实施了3个国家旅游发展战略规划,推进了观光立国战略的发展。2012年3月30日,日本政府制定并实施了《观光立国推进基本计划(2012~2016)》,对今后5年的旅游产业政策进行了综合规划。由此,日本观光立国战略发展进入了新阶段,具有一些新特点。通过解读日本国家旅游发展战略规划的内容,归纳总结日本观光立国战略不同发展阶段的特点,可为我国政府制定国家旅游发展战略提供参考。
After the implementation of tourism - based country strategy, according to the domestic political, economic and social development conditions along with the world economic situations, Japan's government had enacted and implemented three national tourism development strategies by the end Of 2011, which promoted the development of tourism - based country strategy. On 30 March, 2012, Japan's government established and implemented "Basic Tourism Promotion Plan (2012- 2016)" which comprehensively planned tourism industry policies for the future 5 years. Thus, Japan's tourism -based country strategy steps into a new phase and has some new characteristics. Interpreting the content of Japan's national tourism development strategy and generalizing the characteristics of different development phases of Japan's tourism strategy would provide references for China.
