摘要 输电线路架空地线悬挂距离短,在不均匀张力下,倾斜位移量较小,容易造成悬垂线夹及地线(光缆)隐患多发,检修更换提线困难且存在安全隐患。为解决该类问题,结合架空地线悬挂实际,从更换工具的可操作性、通用性及安全性出发,研制出500 kV输电线路架空地线专用提升工具,优化作业方式,简化作业流程,极大地提高了工作效率和安全性。 Aiming at short string literal of overhead ground wire of transmission lines at suspension place, which may trigger the hidden hazards in suspension clamp and ground wire (optical fiber cable) due to uneven stress and inclination displacement. It is difficult to lift the wire during overhauling and replacement; besides, it is potentially dangerous. In order to solve such problems, the author, in combination with practical suspension of overhead ground wire, has developed a special lifting tool for overhead ground wire of 500 kV transmission lines on the basis of operationability, universality and safety. Difficulties such as previous complex replacement work and fastening tools, poor operationability and safety are handled. The newly-developed tools optimize the working mode, simplify the work flow and greatly improve working efficiency and safety.
