摘要
随着社会经济的高速发展,越来越需要企业适应不断变化的经营环境。我国企业必须建立高素质班组,完善现代化管理,强化多方协调。本文就当今企业面临的困境、解决的途径以及如何提高企业经济效益进行初探。
If Chinag enterprises want to develop and grow with high -speed ,they must establish a high -quality team ,improve the modem management and strengthen coordination. With the rapid economic development, more and more enterprises need to adapt to the changing business environment. This paper firstly discussed the difficulties faced by today＇s enterprises, and then talked about the ways to solve the problems, and finally pointed out how to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
