摘要
商业银行在客户管理过程中会遇到客户忠诚度低的情况,如何留住这些忠诚低的客户已经成为商业银行亟待解决的难题。本文首先分析了商业银行客户忠诚度的价值和影响因素,在此基础之上,提出了提升商业银行客户忠诚度的策略。
In the process of customer management, Commercial Banks will meet customers" low loyalty situation;how to keep these low loyalty customers has become a problem urgently to be solved by Commercial Banks. This paper first analyzes the loyalty value of commercial bank customer and influence factors, and then puts forward strategy for the Commercial Banks to improve customer loyalty.
