摘要
探讨火力发电厂备用励磁(简称备励)调节器改造的方法。分析了广州珠江电厂励磁系统改造前备励存在的问题和原因,提出将备励改造为NES5100励磁调节器的可控硅励磁系统,叙述了备励NES5100励磁调节器的原理和调节方式,以及三种主、备励倒换方式的切换过程和注意事项。实践证明,改造后在主、备励倒换过程中无功冲击大幅减少,备励操作简便,能完全自动跟踪主励运行,有利于发电机组的安全稳定运行。
The modification of spare excitation regulator in thermal power plant is discussed. Problems and reasons of the spare excitation before the modification of excitation system in Guangzhou Zhujiang power plant are analyzed. It is proposed that the spare excitation should be replaced by NESS100 excitation regulator with SCR excitation system. The principle and regulation of NESS100 excitation regulator are described, including the switching process and attentions of three main-to-spare excitation switching modes. Practice results prove that the reactive power impact during the main-to-spare switching process has been greatly reduced after the modification. The spare excitation is simply to be regulated and can automatically tracking the operation of the main excitation system, which is benefited to the security and stability operation of generator unit.
