绝经后妇女取环方法的临床研究

Postmenopausal women remove the IUD a variety of methods clinical comparison

目的探讨绝经后妇女多种取环方法的效果,降低取环失败率和并发症发生率。方法将596例绝经后取环妇女分为14组,分别使用不同药物和方法或单纯手术不用药,观察各组取环情况。结果绝经后妇女取环应用雌激素类、前列腺素、麻醉药、超声或宫腔镜等方法,明显提高了取环成功率,减少了并发症。结论在排除取环禁忌证的前提下,绝经后取环联合用药,综合处理,能提高取环成功率,减少患者痛苦及手术并发症。

Objective To investigate the methods of removal of IUD in postmenopausal women after effect,reduce the failure rate and complications.Methods The removal of IUD in postmenopausal women were divided into 14 groups,using different drugs and methods or simple operation without medication,analysis and comparison.Results The removal of IUD in postmenopausal women,application of estrogens,prostaglandin,anesthetics,B-mode ultrasonography or hysteroscopy method,can significantly improve the ring success rate,reduce complications.Conclusion Beyond Remove the IUD contraindications,postmenopausal women drug combination,comprehensive treatment,can improve the success rate of operation complications,reduce pain and complications in patients with operation.
