老年人空肠结核误诊肠肿瘤原因分析

目的探讨老年人不典型肠结核误诊肠肿瘤的原因。方法总结分析我院1例高龄空肠结核患者延误诊断的原因。结果患者被确诊为空肠结核后立即开始给予异烟肼、利福平、乙胺丁醇、吡嗪酰胺四联抗结核治疗,目前临床症状无再发,近期复查红细胞沉降率为12 mm/1h。结论肠结核临床表现缺乏特异性,尤其是高龄、不典型部位的患者更易被误诊为"肿瘤"这种常见的疾病,临床及影像科医师要加强对其的认识和重视,避免延误患者诊治。

Objective To investigate the reason of atypical intestinal tuberculosis misdiagnosis intestinal tumor.Method Our analysis-jejunum tuberculosis person the cause of the delay in diagnosis.Results After the patient was diagnosed with＂jejunum TB＂immediately started to isoniazid,rifampin,and ethambutol,pyrazinamide four anti-tuberculosis treatment,the clinical symptoms without recurrence,the recent review of blood sedimentation of 12 mm/h.Conclusion Clinical manifestations of intestinal tuberculosis lack of specificity,Especially in older age,not the typical parts of the patients are more likely to be misdiagnosed as＂tumor＂this common disease,It must cause the clinical doctors to the understanding of the disease and pay attention to.
