论工程变更引起的工程价款调整

Discussion on the Adjustment of Project Price Caused by Engineering Change

工程变更实施后引起造价调整主要是因为它使原有的清单项目发生变化和清单项目工程量发生变化。文中从单位工程造价组成角度来论述工程变更引起的分部分项费用调整、措施项目费用调整、其他项目费用调整以及规费和税金费用调整。

The implementation of engineering change can cause the adjustment of project price as it changes the original list items and the quantities of list items. This paper analyses the cost composition of the unit project, and discusses the cost adjustments of partial and sub-divisional works, measure items, other items as well as the cost of fees and tax adjustment.
