高职院校校企合作办学体制机制障碍及对策研究

高职院校校企合作办学体制机制存在的主要问题在于政府推进校企合作办学力度不大,行业协会支撑校企合作办学权威不够,企业投入校企合作办学的动力不足,高职院校提供校企合作办学自身能力不强。激活校企合作体制机制,政府宏观调控和放权是关键,行业信息导向和监管力度是保障,企业的融入和推动是强大生命力所在,学校的品牌和实力是不竭源泉,同时选择好合适的校企合作办学模式也非常重要。

The major problems of the system and mechanism for higher vocational colleges’ school-enterprise cooperation in school-running lie in that the government has not put enough efforts in it,the industry association has no strong authority to support it,the enterprises lack the impetus to provide enough fund for it and the higher vocational colleges do not have sufficient ability to ensure it.To stimulate the system and mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation in school-running,the key is to urge the government to carry out macro-control and decentralization,with the industry’s information guidance and strong supervision as the guarantee,while the enterprises’ participation and push are the strong living force and the colleges’ brand and strength are endless source for it.It is also important to choose a right mode for school-enterprise cooperation in school-running.
