摘要
目的探讨外固定器联合TSRH治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折的疗效。方法对30例不稳定型骨盆骨折采用后环TSRH内固定,前环外固定器固定治疗。结果 30例患者内固定拆除术后随访13～18个月,平均15个月,骨盆处无疼痛,行走活动良好,无跛行。按Matta法以测量双下肢短缩程度评价疗效,本组优17例,良10例,可3例,优良率达90%。所有合并伤经相应的治疗后均痊愈,无明显严重的并发症发生。结论应用外固定器联合TSRH治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折,手术创伤小,操作简单,重建骨盆稳定性佳,术后患者病残率低。
Objective The study was intended to understand the effects TSRH and external fixation in treating unstable pelvic fracture. Method 30 cases with unstable pelvic fractures were treated with external fixation and TSRH for internal fixation. Findings 30 cases were followed up for an average of 8 months. All the patients were found to have fracture union and showed no sign of limp. With reference to Matta criterion, the distinguish and good rate of recovery reached 90%. Conclusion Internal fixation with TSRH system and external fixator for treating unstable pelvic ring injuries can result in high success rate.
