摘要
"根叔"教育思想的核心是大学教育要让学生自由发展并成为其自己。本文紧扣这一核心,从要求层次、着眼点和落脚点等角度同党和国家的教育方针进行了分析比较,明确了二者在本质上是完全一致的。以此为基点,再从大学教育的价值取向入手,抓住改革教育理念的三个层面,即学生、教师和教育管理者展开探讨,最后得出结论:教育界需要创新教育思维,教育管理者在宏观上掌控大学教育,教师们则在微观上付诸实施,二者配合默契,将形成教育的合力与活力,进而实现让大学生自由发展并成为其自己的教育目的。
The core of Uncle Gen's ideological education is that the university education should allow students to develop freely and be themselves. According to the core, from the angle of starting point and end-resuh of hierarchy, Party and national education policy are analyzed and compared, the two are essentially identical. On this basis, his thought starts from the value orientation of university education, focuses three levels of education reform, that is, students, teachers and education administrators. This article finally draws the conclusion: education needs innovation in education thought; education administrators control university education in macro level and teachers implement the education policies at the micro level. If the two have good coordination and tacit understanding, a joint force and energy will be formed so that the purpose of students' free development will come true.
