大学教育要让学生自由发展──“根叔”教育思想探微

"根叔"教育思想的核心是大学教育要让学生自由发展并成为其自己。本文紧扣这一核心,从要求层次、着眼点和落脚点等角度同党和国家的教育方针进行了分析比较,明确了二者在本质上是完全一致的。以此为基点,再从大学教育的价值取向入手,抓住改革教育理念的三个层面,即学生、教师和教育管理者展开探讨,最后得出结论:教育界需要创新教育思维,教育管理者在宏观上掌控大学教育,教师们则在微观上付诸实施,二者配合默契,将形成教育的合力与活力,进而实现让大学生自由发展并成为其自己的教育目的。

The core of Uncle Gen＇s ideological education is that the university education should allow students to develop freely and be themselves.
