文章通过《灵枢.五癃津液别》篇"五藏六府,心为之主……脾为之卫"的相关记载,详细分析了艾滋病脾虚患者,脾虚所导致的免疫系统各项免疫指标的改变,联系中医"卫气"和现代医学中免疫理论的关系,认为艾滋病脾虚证会出现一系列免疫机制的改变,如体液免疫、免疫器官、免疫细胞、细胞因子以及机体非特异性免疫等,表明了艾滋病中的"伤脾"是与现代免疫学关系非常密切的,从临床现象看,艾滋病患者又通过卫气达到抵御外邪的目的,卫气是依赖脾运化水谷精微不断充养的,从而决定了艾滋病患者脾虚是重要的病机之一,为提高临床艾滋病患者治疗疗效提供了一个较为广泛的思路。

This paper analyzed in detail the change of all kinds of immune indexes in immune system caused by spleen deficiency among AIDS patients of spleen insufficiency type, according to the related record of ＇For five-zang viscera and six-fu organs, heart was the dominant part of them, spleen was the defense of them＇ in the part of Miraculous Pivot.Five Categories of Long Caused by Five Kinds of Fluid Dysbolism. It deemed a whole set of change of immunologic mechanism could be found in AIDS of spleen insufficiency type syndrome, such as the changes of humoral immunity, immune organs, immunocyte, cytokines, nonspecific immunity of organism, and so on. With connecting the relationship of ＇Defense Qi＇ of TCM and immune theory in modem medicine, which exactly indicated ＇impairment of spleen＇ in AIDS had closed relation with modem immunology. In the view of clinical phenomena, there were patients of AIDS who resisted exogenous pathogenic factors to achieve natural immunity through defense qi, and defense qi was continuously sufficient with dependency on essence of water and food transported by spleen.Therefore, basic pathogenesis of AIDS patients of spleen insufficiency type was confirmed, so as to provide relatively extensive thought for improving clinical therapeutic effects of AIDS patients.
