从阳虚论治肺间质纤维化探讨

Discussion of treating pulmonary fibrosis on base of theory of yang deficiency

肺间质纤维化的治疗是全球共同关注的医疗热点,中医病因病机复杂,文章试从阳虚与肺间质纤维化关系的理论研究及温阳法治疗肺间质纤维化的临床实践方面做一总结,以探讨从阳虚论治肺间质纤维化疾病的可行性。笔者发现,阳虚证候可出现在肺间质纤维化病情发生发展过程中,肺间质纤维化的主要病机以阳虚为本,痰瘀为标。以温阳为主治疗可温阳活血,温化痰饮,扶正以祛邪。故从阳虚论治肺间质纤维化均有其理论及临床实践基础,值得在临床推广运用。

The treatment of pulmonary fibrosis is a medical hot spot concerned around the word, but the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis is complex. This paper tries to make a summary on the theoretical study about the relationship between yang deficiency and pulmonary fibrosis, thus to explore the feasibility of treating pulmonary fibrosis on the base of theory of yang deficiency. We found that yang deficiency syndrome can occur in the occurrence and development of pulmonary fibrosis. Yang deficiency is the principal pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis, and phlegm and blood stasis is the secondary pathogenesis. Warming yang can promote blood circulation and resolve phlegm. Therefore, treating pulmonary fibrosis with warming yang is based on theoretical and clinical practice according to the theory of yang deficiency, which is worth of clinical practice.
