Analysis of professor DING Shu-wen in treating hypertension's medication features from the four-odour,five-flavor,meridian and the efficacy of TCM

目的:从中药四气五味功效分析丁书文教授治疗高血压用药特色。方法:从183例患者使用的117味中药中提取高频中药42味,进行四气、五味、归经和功效分析。结果:用药时多选用寒、温、凉性,苦、甘、辛味药物;以归肝经的药物位居首位,其次是心经、肾经、脾经、胃经,胆经;从药物功效分析,依次是清热药、活血药、补虚药、平肝药、利水渗湿药;结论:丁教授除了采用平肝熄风,滋补肝肾之外,采用了较多的清热解毒、活血化瘀、化痰祛湿等药物。

Objective： To analyze the medication features of Professor Ding Shuwen treats hypertension from Chinese medicine four properties and five tastes, meridian and efficacy. Methods： 42 flavor high frequency Chinese medicine was extracted from the 117 herbs used in the 183 patients, then to analyze the four properties and five tastes, meridian and efficacy. Results： Medication more choice of cold, warm, cold, bitter, sweet, pungent drugs; owned by the liver drugs ranked first, followed by heart, kidney, spleen, stomach, gall bladder; from the analysis of drug efficacy, order of antipyretic, blood agents, tonics, pinggan drugs, eliminating dampness through diuresis medicine; Conclusion： Professor Ding in addition to the use of Pingganxifeng, nourishing the liver and kidney, but also more drug detoxification, blood stasis, phlegm dampness.
