仝小林治疗高尿酸血症140例疗效分析

Analysis of effect of TONG Xiao-lin's therapy on 140 cases of hyperuricemia

目的:分析仝小林教授治疗高尿酸血症及各相关疾病的临床疗效,证实中医治疗高尿酸血症的整体优势。方法:采用回顾性分析研究方法,利用仝小林教授门诊病例库,采集2006年1月-2011年12月仝小林教授门诊接诊的符合入选标准的140例高尿酸血症患者的血尿酸、血糖、血脂、肾功能指标等信息,运用统计学方法对各项指标变化进行分析。结果:高尿酸血症患者经治疗后,指标有明显改善,同时对于合并有糖尿病、血脂异常、肾损害的病人,相应指标均有好转。结论:仝小林教授治疗高尿酸血症不仅能降低血尿酸指标,更能从整体地上改善患者的血糖、血脂、肾损害情况,体现了中医整体治疗的优势。

Objective： To analyze the clinical curative effect of TONG Xiao-lin＇s therapy on hyperuricemia and to prove the advantage of TCM＇s overall treatment. Methods： Making the medical record data of TONG Xiao-lin＇s clinic as our datasource, we analysed retrospectively the biochemical index including plasma uric acid, blood sugar, blood lipid and renal function of 140 hyperuricemic patients seen by TONG Xiao-lin from January 2006 to December 2011. The change of every index was analyzed by statistical methods. Results： The serum uric acid index of hyperuricemic patients received TONG Xiao-lin＇s trement was improved significantly. Meanwhile, for hyperuricemic patients with other diseases combined （diabetes, abnormal blood lipid or kidney damage）, the corresponding indexes were all improved. Conclusion： Professor TONG Xiao-lin＇s trement can not only lower the hyperuricemic patients＇ blood uric acid, but also improve the indexes of blood sugar, blood lipid and renal function in general. The advantage of TCM＇s overall treatment is proved.
