多发性骨髓瘤(MM)系常见的恶性浆细胞增殖性疾病,多见于中老年人,近年来其发病率有逐年上升趋势,严重威胁着人们的身体健康及生活质量。梁冰老中医对血液病的中医诊治有着深厚造诣,认为其病机乃肾虚为本、瘀血为标、邪毒为因,基本治法为温肾益髓、活血解毒,兼顾并发症辨治,获得良效。文章就其诊治MM经验总结如下。

Mutiplemyeloma （MM） is a common disease of plasma ceils malignant proliferation, which is common in old people, and the incidence rate is increasing in recent years, threatening people＇s physical health. Old Chinese doctor LIANG Bing is good at the treatment of hemotology. He has received good efficacy and believes that the basic pathogenesis is deficiency of kidney as theroot cause, blood stasis as the surface, evil toxin as the reason of the disease. The basic therapy is wanning the kidney and supplementing marrow, invigorating the circulation of blood and detoxifcation, with paying attention to complications.
