从“乙癸同源、肝肾同治”谈糖尿病眼肾微血管病变综合防治的新思路

文章从"肝肾同源"的理论视角审视中医药综合防治糖尿病微血管病变,以糖尿病视网膜病变和糖尿病肾病为例,探讨二者生理病理、病因病机的密切联系,结合现代医学研究成果,阐释了糖尿病微血管病变存在的共同病理机制,分析了当前临床上糖尿病并发症防治现状,提出糖尿病微血管病变"肝肾同源,眼肾同治"的中医药防治观念和治疗方法,为进一步发挥中医药特色、提高糖尿病并发症疗效提供新的思路。

Not only in the sight of TCM theory of ＇hepatorenal homology＇, diabetic retinopathy and diabetic nephropathy were closely related. Modem medical research results also indicated numerous similarities among those complications of diabetic microangiopathy. Therefore treatment of diabetic retinopathy and nephropathy with eye-kidney therapy would have a better curative effect. The author discussed and advocated this new principle of diabetic microangiopathy TCM treatment in this article, in order to explore new TCM approaches to diabetic complications treatment.
