鲤鱼赤豆汤对阿霉素肾病大鼠的作用及其机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究鲤鱼赤豆汤对阿霉素肾病大鼠的作用及其机制。方法:成年健康Wistar大鼠50只,随机分为5组。经尾静脉注射阿霉素制备阿霉素肾病模型,应用鲤鱼赤豆汤干预治疗,生化法检测大鼠12h尿蛋白排泄量,血清白蛋白、总蛋白、血钠水平,免疫组织化学法检测肾脏组织中水通道蛋白1-3(AQP1-3)的表达水平。结果:与模型组比较,鲤鱼赤豆汤高、低剂量组尿蛋白排泄量降低(F=47.21,P>0.05),血清白蛋白和总蛋白均显著升高(F(白)=15.48,F(总)=13.12,P<0.05),血清钠水平显著降低(F=3.48,P<0.05),肾脏AQP1-3表达显著降低(F(1)=6.19,F(2)=6.68,F(3)=6.18,P<0.05)。结论:鲤鱼赤豆汤可以降低大鼠尿蛋白排泄量,提高血清总蛋白和白蛋白水平,降低其血钠、血氯水平,降低AQPs在肾脏的表达水平。 Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect and machenism of Liyu Chidou Tang on nephritic syndrome(NS) rats induced by adriamycin.Methods: Total of 50 health adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups.The study set up adriamycin nephropathic model of rats by tail vein injection adriamycin.The levels of serum total protein(TP),plasma albumin(ALB),sodium and chlorine were measured by biochemical analysis.The expressions of AQP1-3 were measured by immunohistochemistry assay.Results: Compared with group M,the result of Liyu Chidou Tang high and low group,as shown below: The 12h urinary albumin excretion has no significant increased(F=6.07-47.21,P〈0.05).The TP and ALB were increased(F(TP)=15.48,F(ALB)=13.12,P〈0.05).The serum sodium were decreased(F=3.48,P〈0.05).Protein expression of AQP1-3 had been remarkably decreased(F(1)=6.19,F(2)=6.68,F(3)=6.18,P〈0.05).Conclusion: In adriamycin nephropathy rats,Liyu Chidou Tang could decrease urinary albumin excretion,increase TP and ALB,decrease soddium and chloride,and decrease the expression of AQPs in renal tubules.
