疏风宣肺及解表清里方药对流感病毒感染小鼠肺损伤的保护研究

Protection effect of Shu Feng Xuan Fei Formula and Jie Biao Qing Li Formula on lung injury of mice infected with influenza virus

目的:观察疏风宣肺抗流感方和解表清里抗流感方对流感病毒亚甲型肺适应株(FM1)小鼠病毒性肺炎的治疗作用。方法:流感病毒肺适应株FM1滴鼻感染小鼠,建立小鼠流感病毒性肺炎模型,于病毒感染后2h,对照组、模型组灌服蒸馏水;达菲组给达菲2.5g.mL-1.d-1;其余6组分别灌服疏风宣肺抗流感方药高、中、低剂量(3.762、1.881、0.941g.kg-1.d-1)和解表清里抗流感方药高、中、低剂量(4.368、2.184、1.092 g.kg-1.d-1);均每日1次,每次0.2mL,连用4d。用高、中、低剂量的两种方药灌胃治疗后,观察小鼠的肺指数、肺组织切片病理形态变化。结果:疏风宣肺抗流感方和解表清里抗流感方中、低剂量组能较明显地降低肺指数,与模型组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),能减轻肺组织病变。结论:疏风宣肺抗流感方和解表清里抗流感方能改善流感病毒感染小鼠的肺组织病理损伤,有抗流感病毒的作用。

Objective： To investigate the protective function of Shu Feng Xuan Fei Formula and Jie Biao Qing Li Formula on lung pneumonia with influenza virus infection in mice.Methods： The pneumonia model was established by infection of influenza virus strain FM1.After the above infectious treatment of mice for 2 hours,they were treated with Oseltamivir 2.5g·mL-1·d-1 for 4 days in Oseltamivir group,high,middle and low doses（3.762、1.881、0.941g·kg-1·d-1） of Shufeng Xuanfei Formula（the main ingredients including honeysuckle,forsythia,burdock,periostraum cicada,schizonepeta） and high,middle and low dose（4.368、2.184、1.092g·kg-1·d-1）of Jiebiao Qingli Formula[mainly ephedra,gypsum,scutellaria baicalensis,apricot（almond）,raw glycyrrhiza] were administered intragastrically in the corresponding groups,0.2mL once a day for 4 days.The mice were treated with different dose groups（high dose,middle dose and low dose） of Shu Feng Xuan Fei Formula and Jie Biao Qing Li Formula by intragastric administration.Observing lung index and pathological change of lung injury.Results： Middle and low dose groups of Shu Feng Xuan Fei Formula and Jie Biao Qing Li Formula reduced lung index（P〈0.05）,alleviated the pathological change of lung injury significantly.Conclusion： Shu Feng Xuan Fei Formula and Jie Biao Qing Li Formula have an obviously protective effect in the lungs of mice infected with influenza virus.
