杞菊地黄丸与明目地黄丸的临床应用辨析

Clinical application and discrimination of Qiju Dihuang Wan and Mingmu Dihuang Wan

杞菊地黄丸、明目地黄丸均为常用中成药,适应的主症为头晕或头痛、视物不清或眼干,可广泛应用于高血压病、脑血管病、各种眼科疾病、糖尿病等内分泌疾病及干燥综合征等免疫性疾病,具有双向调节作用。明目地黄丸较杞菊地黄丸具有更强的养血平肝作用,可灵活运用,不拘泥于眼科疾病。运用时应结合疾病轻重缓急及患者体质,在辨证论治的基础上灵活运用并坚持服用,才能发挥治疗慢性疾病的作用。

Qiju Dihuang Wan and Mingmu Dihuang Wan are both commonly used Chinese patent drug. The main indications are dizziness or headache, blurred vision or dry eye. They can be widely used in hypertension, cerebrovascular disease, various ophthalmic disease, endocrine disease such as diabetes mellitus and autoimmune disease such as sjogren＇s syndrome with two-way regulating function. Mingmu Dihuang Wan has strong ruction of nourishing blood and calming liver which can be flexibly applied, not confined to ophthalmic disease. When the condition of the disease and physicion of the patients is considered and the treatment is flexible and insisted on the basis of syndrome differentiation, the role of treatment of chronic disease can be played.
