桂附地黄丸与金匮肾气丸临床应用探讨

桂附地黄丸和金匮肾气丸均为温补肾阳之经典方剂,临床应用极为广泛,但目前市场上由于此二药生产厂家不同,命名混乱,常被混淆,文章对北京同仁堂科技发展股份有限公司制药厂生产的桂附地黄丸和金匮肾气丸进行对比,从文献方解、辨证要点、适应病症、应用体会、注意事项5个方面对此二药进行初步探讨,以期对临床正确使用有所裨益。

Guifu Dihuang Wan and Jingui Shenqi Wan are both classic prescriptions for warming yang. Clinical application of both is extremely extensive, but the name is confused in current market for the different manufacturers. In comparison of Guifu Dihuang Wan and Jingui Shenqi Wan made by Beijing Tong Ren Tang Technology Development Co., Ltd. Pharmaceutical Factory, this paper made a discussion from five aspects including the literature paraphrase, dialectical point, indications, application experience and cautionsthis, in order to benefit for correct application of both medicine in clinic.
