知柏地黄丸临床应用举隅

Example of Zhibai Dihuang Pills in clinical application

知柏地黄丸是由六味地黄丸加知母、黄柏而成,具有滋阴泻火作用,临床常应用于阴虚火旺、潮热盗汗、口干咽痛、耳鸣遗精、小便短赤等症;笔者经常使用该方加减治疗复杂的阴虚火旺、阴虚湿热证。文章例举知柏地黄丸加减治疗甲状腺功能亢进症、血小板减少性紫癜、汗证、反复口腔溃疡和反复尿路感染的有效验案。

Zhibal Dihuang Pill is Liuwei Dihuang Pills added with Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and golden cypress, which can nourish yin and purge fire. Its clinical manifestation is fire excess and yin deficiency, hectic fever and night sweating, dry mouth and sore throat, tinnitus and spermatorrhea, and oliguria with reddish urine. Therefore, it is frequently to treat the complexsyndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency and yin deficiency and dampness-heat. The study introduces some effective cases of treating hyperthyreosis, land scurvy, hidrosis syndrome, recurrent oral ulcer and urinary tract infection with the application of Zhibai Dihuang Pills with adjustment.
