摘要
本文简要介绍了八宝山煤矿矿井水净化工艺流程的确定及其构筑物的选型 ;对混凝剂的选择进行了详细研讨 ;给出并分析了工业性试验结果及经济效益和社会效益 ;通过对斜管沉淀池的优化设计 (包括池体结构和参数 ) ,形成了池体上层斜管浅层沉淀、中层过滤的高效斜管沉淀池。
Following a brief introduction to the mine water purification system and structural design selected for use at the mine,the paper presents a detailed discussion on the selection of flocculants,together with an analysis of the result of industrial tests and socio economic benefits obtained.Through optimization of the design of inclined tube settling tand(including tank structure and parameters)a highly efficient inclined tube depositing tank featuring solids deposition at shallow depth with inclined tube and filtration process in the middle part of the tand has been developed.
