摘要
教师学习共同体是教师基于共同的目标和兴趣而自发组织的、旨在通过合作、对话和分享性活动来促进教师专业发展的团体。它包括任务型学习共同体、互助型学习共同体、互助—任务型学习共同体三种模式;只有通过共同的学习愿景、融通的交流平台、新型的合作关系、有效的运行机制,才能建立有效的教师学习共同体。
Teacher learning community is spontaneously organized on the basis of common goal and common interest, aiming at improving the teacher's professional development through cooperation, dialogue and sharing activities. It involves task-based community, mutual leaming community and mutual learning-task centered community. Only through the learning communication platform, the new type cooperation relationship and the effective operation mechanism can we establish an effective teacher learning community.
