摘要
为研究黧蒴栲半同胞家系木材化学成份、热值遗传变异和估测其遗传参数,采用随机完全区组试验方法,通过对6年生家系生长测定与木材密度、纤维素含量、木质素含量及热值分析,发现黧蒴栲半同胞家系间木材密度有显著差异,纤维素含量、木质素含量和热值有极显著差异;52个黧蒴栲半同胞家系平均木材密度为0.447 2g/cm3,遗传变异系数为4.22%,广义遗传力为0.191 6,平均木材纤维素含量为49.55%,遗传变异系数为6.41%,广义遗传力为0.293 9,受较弱遗传控制;平均木质素含量为21.07%,遗传变异系数为5.17%,广义遗传力为0.494 2,受弱中强度遗传控制;平均木材燃烧热值为18 680.11 J/g,遗传变异系数为7.16%,广义遗传力为0.702 6,受较强遗传控制。家系胸径、树高生长与木材密度、纤维素含量、木质素含量不相关,而与燃烧热值呈很弱相关关系,表明木材密度、纤维素含量、木质素含量、热值等性状在遗传上是相互独立的,可对这些性状进行独立选择,培育出木材材质较好且速生的家系。
In order to research half-sib families of Castanopsis fissa’s chemical composition,calorific value genetic variation and estimate genetic parameters,the six-year-old Castanopsis fissa half-sib families growth rhythm,wood density,cellulose content,lignin content and calorific value were investigated and analyzed by using random complete block method.The results show that there were significant differences among the half-sib families,there were very significant differences in cellulose content,lignin content and calorific value among the half-sib families;the average wood density and cellulose content of 52 half-sib families were respectively 0.4472 g/cm3 and 49.55%,the wood density and cellulose content’s genetic variation coefficient were respectively 4.22%,6.41% and the broad heritability were respectively 0.1916,0.2939,which indicated the two traits were controlled by the weaker genetic factors;the lignin content,genetic variation coefficient and broad heritability were 21.07%,5.17%,0.4942 respectively,which indicated the trait was controlled by the moderate genetic factors;the average calorific value,genetic variation coefficient and broad heritability were 18 680.11 J/g,7.16%,0.7026 respectively,which indicated the trait was controlled by the strong genetic factors;the DBH,height growth,wood density,cellulose content,lignin content between calorific value had no correlation,but the DBH and height growth between fiber width had a very weak correlation;it shows that the wood density,cellulose content,lignin content and calorific value were mutually independent in genetic.Though choosing these traits in independent,the families which have good wood properties and fast-growing characteristic can be cultivated.
